Poor Customer Service

Been waiting for my 24 cans of 440ml Heineken as replacement after I've complained and sent the faulty drinks to the lab for test.

Since September first week they've been saying they will call me and when I try and call their number it's always experiencing high call volume everyday.

What a **** service
