Heineken doesn't care about their accounts holders( Resturents,Tarven or Pub)

I own a Pub and I have an account with Heineken/Distell. it's been more than 6 months requested to be allocated a sales rep f to assist with my business needs. Even today I haven't got any assistance. When I logged a complaint, they just referred me to the same people who never seemed to assist. I have paused stocking at Heineken because of their service delivery
