Heineken

Hi. Found a fly in the beer. After much struggle got hold of someone and the supervisor in customer care. I was asked to send the pictures which was done. A courier service was send to me to collect the remaining 9 x 440ml beers for testing at Heineken. I received 2 six pack 330ml beers from Heineken. This is not what the supervisor said I will get. I also don't hear back from them on the testing that was done. Will not buy Heineken beer again....there could be more Flies taking a swim.
