Disappointing Competition Friends of Amstel

I am writing this review with so much frustration. I had bought a 12 pack of Amstel beer so I can enter a competition called Friends of Amstel. I submitted my entry and I received a response on the 7th of March that I have won 2 tickets. After a quick check I realised the ticket was only 1. I went to check on their social media page and saw that other people had the same problem. I reached out to Amstel SA Facebook page same day. After numerous messages I sent they finally responded to me on Monday the 10th that their team say all the tickets have been dispatched. I then decided to send them proof from my Whatsapp screenshot but until today there hasn’t been any response after I see that they have read my messages but they are just ignoring me. I really do not know how else I am going to get assistance on this. What would be the point of going to the event alone? All I asked them is to resend the tickets as they claim they have been dispatched. I have all the proof from my Whatsapp and also Facebook chat. May I please get someone to assist? I played the competition with cellphone number *** under name Kwenzeka Mkhize. I hope someone will find it in their heart to find this urgent and help me. Thank you!
