Competition won in December .prize not issued, Ticket number 112437 ,investigation started on 1.1.25, 35 days and counting. No response. Competition was run on " One Cart" page. Hunters provided the prizes.3 companies involved " One Cart, Hunters, Heineken Beverages ' paid for airline tickets, hotel accommodation plus car hire for 3 friends and my self,expected the prize in December. Contacted Hunters, One Cart and Heineken Beverages, sent numerous emails to Heineken Beverages " Heineken Beverages. support @Heineken Beverages. fresh desktop.com" they can't be bothered to reply even though a ticket number was generated, contacted One Cart and Hunters on Facebook, will look into the matter, contacted Heineken Beverages page on Instagram, will look into the matter. Contacted Heineken Beverages Head Office international page on Instagram, they haven't rep****. The 3 companies involved in this competition does not want to honor the prize, given the runaround. Heineken Beverages and Hunters, including One Cart ,being a major company in South Africa basically ran a **** for the competition. I paid out of my pocket to get to the event, yet non of the companies involved want to honor the prize, the 3 Companies involved should stop running competitions on their social media platforms if they cannot be bothered to hand out the prize.
