Celebrate with Heineken competition

Two different competitions were advertised at tops at SPAR bottle store. Both promotion dates are 15 November 2021 – 31 December 2021 • competition for a Heineken branded fridge • To enter I had to buy any case of Heineken • The phone number to dial with the redemption card unique number is o *120*400# There were no problems entering and completing the instructions. • Competition for a car and motorbike • Buy any 2 bottles of Heineken • The phone number to dial with the underliner code is: o *120*400# I purchased a number of cases mainly to enter the car competition. When dialing this number, which is the be same as the fridge competition, I was instructed to enter the redemption card unique number, which is NOT as advertised for the car competition. I entered the underliner codes from two bottle tops, and was informed that they were not a valid number. I spoke to a SPAR rep for Heineken, who passed on all my details. I phoned Heineken a number of times on ***. My information was passed on to Marketing, but still I have not heard from anyone. I dialled the Customer Care Number on their internet site – ***. Upon dialling this number, “The number you have dialled is incorrect….” auto message played. Not only is this false advertising, enticing me to purchase their product to enter their competition, but they have not contacted me in order to clear this up. I would like to know how anyone can win a competition with the information provided in the car competition.
