Savanna ciders may contain choking hazard

Savanna is a product of Heineken.

I love Savanna Zero, but had the worst experience recently - I was enjoying a zero at the end of November 2023 I was enjoying one of these drinks when I found myself stabbed by a piece of plastic/glass, needle like in nature. It stuck in my throat, thankfully I realised before swallowing and I was able to dislodge it. I have it in a container.

I have emailed them with requested information 3 times and received no official replies, and have miles of promises that a reply is imminent with their FB page admin but still no contact. It is concerning. I could have easily died.
