Poor Customer service

<p>On 24 May 2017 I logged a case wit Heineken for a 6 Pack Miller Draught that I purchased which had formed mildew in the bottle after a few weeks. The case was opened with Case Number CAS-01211-G2F3G8. I was advised by the person whol ogeed my call that I would be contacted shortly for a courier company to come collect the bottles so they could check the bottles in their lab. It is now 5 June and I have still not heard back from them. And the lady had said that they cannot confiirm if they will replace the bottles. I don't understand where their customer service level is at, these are sealed bottles that have gone off before their expiry date.</p> <p> </p>
