Glass piece in my heineken tin

While having a Heineken beer from a tin I felt a hard object and found a piece of green glass in my mouth. It cam from within the tin and now I am worried about the rest of the batch I have purchased. Has anyone else had this. It is extremely dangerous and I am worried about any others having glass inside. please advise what one can do about this. Really poor.
