Flat Windoek draught.

In August I had purchased a case of Windhoek Draught (bottles). I logged a complaint for a flat beer. Landi did reply with a case No. - *** after I had sent all relevant information requested regarding batch No. etc. However since then I have heard nothing from Heineken. I have tried calling to find out what was going on, but with no joy.
