An Employee of Heineken was so rude,unprofessional and sarcastic to me .

I have done a job for Heineken 30 June 2017 ,my payment delayed so to a point that even today 30th August I am still not paid the full amount ,I was only paid 50% of the money on the 16th of August,I have accumulated debts because of this delay I am small business entrepreneur after all,while every one else that I was communication with at Heineken was professional with my situation,Yesterday 29th August I was attended by Thandi Mulauzi ,who became rude to a point of telling me they only owe me less than R50k and chances of them leaving the country are slim,she was sarcastic and inconsiderate with the fact that I have been waiting from June for this payment ,I felt undermined because it's less than 50k does than mean I must not make a follow up ?

The last straw was when she said

Look for someone to assist you,I am not interested in assisting you

She even said when I asked for CFO and director's contacts, she said they have important things to do than minner issues
