Excellent care and treatment

Hein was excellent in my consultation with him. He was friendly and asked lots of questions before making any assumptions. Then he told me what he thought had happened, and did a bunch of checks by asking me to try various movements. He then did some light stretches and exercises with me, then gave me some homework to keep improving over the next few days. I'll definitely go back to him when I have another injury.
