Hein Du Plessis | STAY CLEAR OF THIS *****STER/****MER

Hein operates an electrical business supplying Load-shedding hardware and related services. He outright ****med my father out of R14549.50. We paid a deposit to Hein on the 7th March 2023. He was supposed to deliver and install on the 13th of March 2023. He just did not pitch when he was supposed to and started with delay tactics he is so busy he cant come today etc... On the 3rd attempt to get him to deliver/install where he promised he would be there the next day this ****mer blocked my father and me on whatsapp and all means of communication. We have been trying amicably for the entire month of March to get a battery or refund and communicate with them. Eventually after numerous emails he responded saying he will do a refund, and even went as far as sending a screenshot which was **** (outright *****), i even attempted to verify this on the FNB website. His modus operandi is to try and delay and delay and constantly lies and changes things, oh and we should have known better his famous words: " There are so many sharks out there be careful" / " I am not a ****mer " / " I am just crazy busy"....
