Heike' Catering's Groupon Picnic Basket

I have ordered the basket from Heike (R200) and it indicated on the groupon add what the contents of the basket would be. when I prepared the basket at home I noticed that some of the contents were not included and the quality of the cheese platter (supposed to be 3 cheeses platter consisting of 1cmx1cm of 3 blocks of cheddar and 3 blocks of mozzarella and i small piece brie/Camembert)... when i phoned the company this morning I was told that there will always be unhappy client's and that for R200 it was sufficient. it was socking and i was embarrassed when i showed it to my husband. the owner also told me that she decided to take items out on Wednesday because she did not have the capacity to keep everything cold. she also complained to me that she did not make any profit - which it really not my problem. she said that she can only say sorry and nothing more. i was dumbstruck..
