Pathetic inadequate services rendered

I trust this mail finds you well,

I am in complete and total awe and disappointment as I watch how your entity is run in complete disarray.

You have a patient in your beds, (my father) whose been in your care for more than 24 hours. Not a single doctor has taken their precious time to see any of our family members, who mind you have been in and around your hospital all day, available for a hearing or any type of feedback available to us so we can have some perspective and clarity at the least.

No one has given us any updates wrt my dad's well being, his been waiting for an 'ambulance' to arrive so he can be transported to GSH because he had a heart attack and needs to see a specialist whom is only available at GSH.... Why is this process taking so long? No ambulance services available for over 24 hours? Is this the kind of services you rely on? And have no control over???

There are patient files everywhere in the trauma ward, waiting area.... The nursing staff and your doctors are not pleasant to speak to, treat the patients arriving and visitors waiting as if they are doing us a favor by 'availing' themselves and speak to us as though we are uneducated and non the wiser.... What is happening?

My dad needs to be transported so we can have a potential resolution to his cardiac issues, but instead he is pumped up with blood thinners and being told 'they are coming' since yesterday morning..... This is not a normal standard and I've been through this trauma with this facility in the past where I lost my mother because things weren't done correctly!

I need someone of your staff to reach out and make contact with us and it is nervewrecking, frustrating and infuriating to be left hanging, that to say the least.....
