Lawless and negligent

After reporting to the management of Heiderand Mall in Mosselbay, on a number of occasions, that their customers and tennants are not wearing masks in accordance with the law in this regard, this ******** conduct contineous. One tennant had the arrogance to tell me the president said he did not have to wear a mask in public. A large wholesale company in Mosselbay had their business closed for a few days because of also not complying with the law. That begs the question, why is the law not enforced in the case of Heiderand Mall, yet the business just opposite the road had these extreme penalty measures taken against them? Is it a case of the connected being protected? What happened to the (without fear or favour)? What about the protection of the customers by Excutive Security, Heiderand Mall management and it's shareholders, Health department, Labour department and SAPS? Is Covid a farce, or are these Heiderand Mall groups, together with the relevant government departments negligent, lawless and irresponsible?
