Unprofessional and impolite staff members

We visited this place on 13/01/2026 to take my brother-in-law who suffers fron emphysema there because he just moved here from Magalluliesburg and does not know the area. The security as well as the staff working there is very impollite and unprofessional they wilk be busy with a patient and be on the phone at the same time . They will also not allow you to take the patient to where he/she is going only 1 escort per patient what now my brother in law is in a wheelchair being pushed by his wife and my wife is in a wheelchair so how do you only allow 1escort per patient is non of them know the area
