Deposit payout delays - Ripoff

I have been waiting for my deposit for two months now. I get no update at all from the agents regarding my refund. Unprofessional people that keep on transferring you from one person to the other. Im being told that they are waitng for an ingoing inspection so that they can finalise my deposit payout??! When they are still going to charge me for an exit inspection.

I wouldn't recommend these agency
