car ****** from paid secure parking

<p>As a tenant we pay for secure parking at Heidelberg mall. On 23 Jan 2017 my car was ****** from the secure parking because the gate was not working. I asked the mall management to at least pay my excess of R3500 because the car would not have been ****** if they fixed the gate last year already. I was told they cnt do anything they are waiting for an insurance payout to fix the gate. Also that they will not pay my excess because if they pay me out they will have to pay everyone who will claim after me. This is not the first time this has happened to a tenant. The first person didnt claim he says he wish he did. R3500 will not **** them it could have been R 170 000 if my insurance refused my claim</p>
