Heidelberg licensing department yeay

I went for my license renewal which went fantastic, they were fast and friendly except for the lady who tested my eyes (she was alittle scary) I was in and out within an hour. Buttttt then when it was time to collect my license they called for a meeting and left us standing outside over 2 hours!!!!! It must have been a bad day as most people tell me how fast they got their cards .... over all I loved the staff.
