Bad hygiene

Firstly I would like to say that the place was not clean. The carpet in the room seemed that It had not been vacuumed for days. The towels in our room were all dirty towels and there was a dead ****roach on the carpet, which my one year old picked up and was about to put in her mouth, disgusting! Secondly there was no one at reception when we returned the evening, nor the next morning when we checked out, who we could share our disappointing experience with. Lastly, when we checked in, the staff were discussing about what rate to charge me, (we have a toddler and baby) which is certainly not a conversation to have in front of a customer.

All in all not a good experience at all!
