Never buy at Heiby

What a terrible experience I got from this company. I bought hair on the 22nd of October 2019, & then they said I will get it on the 25th but I didn't, worse no one bothered to tell me what has caused the delay. I've been making follow ups from then and all I got was emojis, without any valid response. Today is the 15th I haven't still, even when I request my refund, they don't respone
