Dark night ******s/lower than a ****a shop

I am writing this after I had made a call looking for self catering chalet when I was told there was one available for Us. Me and my man were rushing for the beautiful sunset by the crocodile river at this location which we did enjoy the previous Tuesday when we turned on our way to Toadbury which is classy hotel with a great chef to try something new. The food mash we had looked like soft porriage made for an infant and their pork was just as disgusting as the ***'s muddy house. I had to add salt several times to finish it since I was hungry. The shock of my life was the night we got there after the reservation. I had to walk in the dark and unlike Greystone lodge in Mpumalanga were the prices are reduced due to construction the prices here are still the same. I went to the reception happily paid and there was cart waiting to pick me up to the car since it was dark. I remember the other German tourist an old man who asked how he is suppose to make it to his room in the darkness which I was also questioning. After we got in to the cart to the parking we took out our groceries when the receptionist told us it was not allowed becoz this is not a self catering area. I told him to drive me to the reception where I asked the manager that I had spoken to the receptionist that I am looking for a self catering chalet and the receptionist who assisted me told it was available. I asked for a refund and was promised one on Tuesday since Monday was a holiday. On Tuesday I made a follow up on the refund and the finance lady told me that was impossible and the manager will refund me from his pocket she was rude and asked to come for dinner ( the thought of that food makes me sick. So I can't eat 1360) worth of meals in that place. I was told to wait for their phone call but nothing has happened. We went to Matlapa lodge after our disappointment and the service was fabulous I guess we were just not meant to be in that rude unwelcoming space. Haven't had a call from them. I think they are a ****a shop there. Beautiful space but wrong people running it.
