PATHETIC AFTER SALES SERVICE

No communication from them when I emailed their sales team when I realized that I had ordered the incorrect size. The shoes arrived with the small size. Managed to get hold of someone in admin who said that they had arranged a courier for 21 July to collect shoes to return to them. No courier arrived. Still trying to get hold of them to find out when courier will come, name of courier and tracking number.
