NO COMMUNICATION ON ORDER

Hi there. I placed an order on the 4th of December 2023. I have since tried to follow up via WhatsApp as well as email. There is no way of speaking to someone as the WhatsApp number goes straight to voicemail. This is causing huge anxiety on my side not knowing what’s going on.

I would like for someone to actually update me urgently.
