Terrible service!!!!

By far the worst service I have ever received!! Apparently being under 25 means that I am ***********.

Ronel is very *****y and has absolutely no client service s****s. Even though we were prepared to pay for the hedgie, we were told not to bother because she doesn't deal directly with anyone under 25 (I am 22 and have other animals but apparently to her my age means I am too dumb to have a hedgehog). She was very rude and unreasonable with us because we did not "thoroughly" read her website (as if that is even a valid excuse to be rude) and was a total ***** about explaining things and giving us some information.

Terrible experience. I would NEVER recommend her to anyone!!!!!!
