Ronel is Rudest and most Hurtful women ever

<p>I called to order a hedghog for my daughters birthday. We discussed collection dates, cage, food etc and Ronel sent me her fact sheet which was several pages long. To be honest I hadnt got around to reading it and was told the Hedghogs where new born and would only be availble for purchase in Septemeber. I yold my 11 yer old daughter on her birthday1 August that we have cought a Hedghog for her ( something she was desperalty looking forward to ) Suddendlu I get a whatsapp from Ronel informing me that she has sold the entire batch of hedghogs and sold mine as I hadnt paid my deposit. </p> <p>I was mortified. I had no notice or requst for payment, has she said that payment was urghent and there where many other buyers I would have paid immediatly. </p> <p> </p> <p>She then went on to tell me I am a bad mother and became totally aggressive and rude. </p> <p>I see she has closed her Facebook page. Probably due to so many complaints. </p> <p> </p> <p>Be warned Folks this is a very rude and hurtful person. </p>
