Hedge and Edge VARY BAD service
Garden Services: I contracted Hedge and Edge garden services to do straight line Hedge cutting at my home. they were very expensice1 But i continued as i needed the service, after the work was performed i did NOT inspect their work as i was very occupied with other matters, but as a reputable company i accepted that the work would have been done to high standard. And I made full payment on the same day as the work was done. (i was at office when payment was made - no inspection) A few days later i only inspected, The work was completed below any standard. on the quoating day i clearly with a measuring tape indicated that i required straight line edge cutting. THIS was NOT give. On contacting the owner - who was also not present when the work was completed, he defended his employees and even accused me on signing off! he even send a video from a distance accusing me that i do not know what i an talking about! trees and hedges cannot grow in 5 days to be skew on the day i was available for inspection. Now he refuse to take corrective action. I did discuss this with a lawyer, but is it worth to sue for bad service. I believe in warning other Stellenbosch resident to be de-de*****ed by bad workmanship.
