Insurance Claim - Given the run around

On the 12th of June a truck driver knocked into my husbands stationery truck. The owner of that vehicle was contacted and he promised to pay for the damages. That driver's pdp was expired. My husband was asked to send 2 quotes for the damages, he's drivers licence and affidavit which was done on the 22/06. My husband is not insured. I have been mailing Milyssa every few days to check on the status of this and I have been told that the driver is always on the road and she awaits a statement and now she is awaiting documents. This is not acceptable. I require this sorted out ASAP.
