I booked Hebrews Hire & Decor and paid R34,000 for wedding decor for 28 June 2025. What was promised and paid for was completely different from what we received and it ruined what was meant to be a special day.

The service was absolutely unacceptable. The draping was incomplete and done with bits of torn and mismatched material. The entire table setup was unfinished, the welcome board was not placed and the VIP section which was also paid for seperately & which was part of the agreement was not set up at all. To make matters worse, the wedding couple arrived at the venue around 3PM and he was still working, hours behind schedule and had no explanantion. After acknowledging the poor service and agreeing to refund us, he is now avoiding all communication. This level of unprofessionalism is shocking.

‼️ I truly believe this man is running a ****. DO NOT BOOK Hebrews Hire & Decor. You will regret it.
