HEB Maintenance Plumbing

In September 2021 i had heb maintenance over to do some plumbing for me. 3 weeks later i had to call them in again to sort out the toilet problem which was suppose to have been fixed. They came out again and that problem was sorted.

Before Xmas i called again as the supposed fix tap has started leaking and is still leaking. I called them they were on holiday already but an emergency no to David i called. I explained my story and he gives me a whole lecture which has not sorted my problem as yet. Xmas and New Year has passed and last week Friday i call them again as the water is not leaking but running from the tap now. I speak to Liesl at reception and she says she ask David to call me. I ask if someone else or the owner of the company can call me. Yesterday i get a call from David and i told him i did not want to speak to him as he is absolutely hopeless. He does not every recall speaking to me and does not know what i am talking about. The phone goes off, i later call and ask if I could speak to Liesl she is not available and will call me back later it is Tuesday i have not received any call and my tap is still running.
