Worse \horse\" back riding experience EVER!"

What a bad Valentines day experience!<br> <br> I would NEVER recommend Heavenly Stables to anyone!!<br> We went there to celebrate V-day with a horse ride on the beach and what a shocking experience!<br> There were NO bathroom facilities! The owners or staff were SO unorganized! The ride was supposed to start at 2pm...we only left the stables 30min later! No introduction, plan for the day, NOTHING!<br> I paid for a HORSE ride, I was given a PONY that did not want to move!<br> 2 people got thrown of their horses, no first aid kit available. They were just told to \walk it off\".<br> I got left behind on the way back, with another lady, the smug \"guide\" did not even notice this, nor bothered to send a search party!<br> The 2.5 hour ride turned into a 4 hour ride of hell. Due to this, the second part of our V-day plans were missed.<br> <br> No one even apologized for what happened or offered another ride to make up for the **** I've paid for!<br> <br> Shocking! Unsafe! No facilities! Unorganized!<br> Those people should not be allowed to even run a business!!!"
