Heavenly stables horse rides

My girls and I booked a ride on the beach. On arrival, there was no friendly welcome or assistance with getting riding helmets fitted. My daughter became anxious and did not ride. There was not even half a refund of the R500 paid. This was not specified prior to booking. The guide who led the horses however, was ok.
