Meyerton Petshop sels animals to minors

My minor daughter and her 2 frends were told that if she did not buy a cat for R200 it would be put down (killed). Of course a teenage girl would buy it before letting it be killed. So with the cat litter, a litter box and food would also be needed of course. Had to take the cat back got R200 back of R800. How can a petstore sell animals to minors without permission from perants.

The owner harassed me and insisted i come see him after a Facebook post. I was thinking that we adults would resolve this peaceful, but him and his employees insulted me and my daughter with her frends. Luckily i had the right mind and did not take the along to the meeting.
