No business integrity

Enrolled my child Feb 2020, pd fees Feb, Mar, Apr ( even in lockdown) . But when the lockdown was extended i informed school that i was not going to pay. Further to that i wrote a letter of termination.I've had the most unpleasant experience at this school they seem so professional. My paperwork was misplaced and invoiced for things i already paid for. The owner very unprofessional, after receipt of our letter of termination , rep**** saying that they will not accept my child when school resumes. Poor business acumen, the customer makes your business without the customer you have no business.
