Bad attitude towards parents

This creche/ nursery school is only interested in your money and nothing after that. I have been a consistent and faithful payer and when I decided to deregister my child due to their discriminatory attitude, they have consistently ignored all my emails regarding a dispute around no services rendered and paying back the refundable deposit. The Owner Ilse could not care less and claims she is busy with auditors and will not attend to email inquiries.
