THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED !!!

We ordered and Paid for a custom built braai in February 2015, it was finally installed in August 2015 incorrectly and without grids. The job is still not complete, when we phone Dawie and Magna in the office they never are available and this is unacceptable.<br> <br> When installing the braai the first time it did not fit. The second time the braai was skew. The third time they damaged the construction by removing the fire bricks and tack welded the unit to an I-beam, which resulted in cracking in the chimney. Now they have ran away from their responsibilities.<br> <br> Please if you ever need to use these guys, Spare yourself the hassle. We are really disgusted.
