Lack of Service

Two weeks after collecting my gas braai for service and repairs, i had to follow up with them what the status is. They never return phone calls. Eventually a gentleman contacted me and told me I would have my braai yesterday - still don't have it.

Now suddenly I get a quote from them for over R2700 with no explanation or anything. Never, ever, ever use them
