Just run, con artist

<p>This guy called Roger Fawcett prentended to be doing proper business and supplying high quality heat pumps. He makes all kinds of promises for good service and even uses references where he says he has done good business. He quoted me for a heat pump and geyser installation for R27000. After we paid the money and our site was ready for the installation, he came and assessed and made excuses why he could not install, that he needs more taps to be in place so he can test his installation. After further plumbing work we called him to install and he came out with new excuses. Eventually we gave him an ultimatum, that if he does not install by the end of the week we will have to cancel the order as we need occupation certificate. Then he says he does not have the heatpump at his warehouse. This after he claimed that everything is available and ready to install. We eventually bought a geyser from Builders Warehouse and installed it and got the occupation certificate. He has never delivered what we paid for, and has never returned a single cent. He disappeared with our money and we see him happily dining at restuarants in the north of Johannesburg. This Roger guy is bad news, stay away. I see a similar story by another victim of this man.</p>
