Solar Geyser falls on roof, breaks & cracks tiles

Support Beam of the 1 big solar geyser broke, geyser fell onto roof. Tiles are broken + cracked. Rain soaked the \think pink""; insurance declined claim as solar geyser still under warranty; explained on email and have contacted them a few times but am being ignored now for the 3rd day. Summary = Broken and cracked tiles;'think pink' hanging out of the damaged ceiling; parquet floor damaged; walls have to be painted; 2 parts of 2 different rooms require new ceilings;certain objects broke when the ceiling fell but not claiming for that but have put them notice of my Chinese carpet and rug being wool + silk. I do not have hot water in the main house in 2 bathrooms and the as I had to call an available solar geyser plumber to come in switch off the water into the geyser and drain it to avoid further damage to the roof. Very upset and emails can be sent if u require it. """
