Cassandra the friendliest, most helpful young lady

On Monday the 9 November I was on my way from Vancouver and was in transit for 11 hours waiting for my connecting flight back home to Cape Town with BA airlines. I was looking to buy gifts for family and friends at the duty free store.<br> Cassandra was at the duty free shop promoting a perfume brand. I approached her and we started chatting about what I'd like to buy, she then made it her Bussiness to take me to all the perfumes she thought I may like. She was engaging and so helpful....and went beyond her call of duty to assist me also with buying soaps at Harrods store, whiskies at duty free and biscuits from Fortnum and Mason. <br> Cassandra deserves recognition for taking the initiative and making my shopping experience the most pleasant one ever. She makes a super ambassador for your airport company.<br> Unfortunately I did not get surname, but I notice she had a tattoo on her left hand middle finger that said Ti Amor and on her wrist that said in italics,<br> \daddy". <br> So so happy that Cassandra crossed my path.
