Would never recommend

Absolutely shocking and unprofessional company to deal with. No clue of consumer protection act, no customer care skills. Their Ariston geyser was installed for us 2 years ago, now it's faulty, however if has 5 year warranty. Now they sent plumbers who cannot do their job properly. They just dropped the new geyser on our garage floor, claiming that they don't have access to the old geyser to remove it and it took them 2 hour to come to the conclusionthat they cant remove it.. Absolute bizarre as the geyser was replaced twice previously with exact same access without any hassle. Going for the 4th day without hot water.
