Worst service ever

<p>I am a supplier and sold a heat tech geyser to a client and it was faulty so they instructed to replace the geyser for my client which I did it has been 5 weeks and still I am waiting for them to honour their guarantee I have spoken to numerous people from the company and was promised numerous times that the geyser is on the way but never to arrive its the worst service I have ever received from a manufacturer</p>
