WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN SA. I've been without hot water for a month, during winter! No answer when their customer line is called, no reply on emails.

300% WOULD NOT recommend to anyone. I'm certainly warning my friends and family in advance about HeatTech's terrible customer services.
