Very poor service

Very bad service! My complex had them as a contractor..there is another plumber we now use. Unfortunately the geyser I had was still under warrantee with them. I spoke to a very rude person firstly. Then had to follow up..apparently the plumber couldn’t get hold of me cos he was dialing the wrong number!?! They had the right one. Then on day 2 of waiting for a geyser I’m told they can only help me the next day. Then arrive the next day at 7pm with no geyser. I think if this lot get a lobotomy they may be smarter! Very shocking. Would not recommend them! As things are now I have no geyser!
