Terrible customer service-ref nr: SC84809

Terrible customer service in regards to this company and TN Plumbing Services, we had a burst geyser on Thursday morning, called HeatTech directly because still under warranty. The plumbing I mentioned was assigned to our issue. They only went to assess the situation at 16:00pm that afternoon. They came back the next day, Themba the plumber fitted the new geyser and also replaced the old valve. My spouse went home that evening only to leaks from the valve and the pipe from the geyser itself hanging so far right touching the door. We have called several times for them to come and assist but no answer or help. Very bad service from HeatTech and the plumbing company. Please do not use these companies.
