Shocking Service Or The Lack Thereof

Just shocking, I have never been so disgusted trying to get anyone from Heat Teah to even respond or know what is happening within this joke of a company. Nothing short of a disgrace. Whatever you do, stay clear. They failed at implementing their faulty geyser and left me with a bill of about R 9 000. Nice! I can't see any MD or owner taking pride in a company operating like this.
