Poor service

I called the call centre over 10 times to try and get a technician to help assist me with the replacement of an element for one of their geysers. The style of their elements are terrible. So difficult to replace and removing the bolts for the element is almost impossible and I'm told many other plumbers suffer the same problem. I have no problems replacing Kwikot elements and their call centre is always helpful.
