Dear Jonathan,
As per the industry standard the guarantee on our geysers are as follow:
Electrics 1 year
Cylinder 5 years
Valves 2 years
I'm sorry for the inconvenience caused, but unfortunately we are unable to assist with the repair/replacement of the electrical components.
Please contact a plumber to inspect the reason why you geyser is not heating, taking into consideration that it might also be electrical related.
Regards,
Heat Tech Service Manager
