POOR, BAD AND RUDE COMPANY AND PRODUCT. DONT USE HEAT TECH!!

I actually do not want to waste my time and energy on this company which stands for no values, but if my review can help any other customers not to use or consider to use Heat Tech ever, then my time writing this review will mean something. As noticed, this customer will come up with any poor "BS" excuse not to honour their guarentee on electrical componant damage. Our geyser is not even 6months old and we were without warm water and when I reported the warrentee claim with Heat Tech, they said we had some damage to the element that could be due to loadshedding, or high voltage spikes and that this hotspot fault are then not covered by their electric component guarentee. When you phone their claims department, their attitude and response to your query shows exactly who this company stands for, RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ARROGANCE. Please everyone, the public, agents, plumbers and insurance houses, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AND PRODUCT EVER!!!!
